Two-in-one: Bread as consumer and business
Bread is a very common major food as breakfast,lunch, and dinner in everything in all European countries.But now the young generation are guided by the Health.Hygiene Food -magazines which are pioneered by the business man to promote their own products.Traditional white breads are now cornered as variety of new types of breads-----brown bread, oatmeal bread,,7-grains bread, gluten-free bread and lots of other variety of breads are introduced in the market. No doubt it is good sign . Though we, the elders are puzzled to select the right one .They are produced by different companies. Some home- run companies are good . But the problem is they are not available everywhere ;specially in small town.
My daughter purchased a bread-maker machine with the recipe book which is very convenient to use in all respects.We can move it any place where ever electric plug is available.Even a 8/9 years kid can handle it.Following the recipe book, put on the grains of your choice in the container and switch on; time temperature every things are set as automatic My daughter sets it before going to bed and a fresh warm bread is ready in the morning for breakfast! Wow! Its aroma is really makes us hungry for taking early breakfast. Any type of dough as pasta, pizza and lots of other variety of bakery can be prepared out of it.
One can take the agency of marketing the bread-maker 'machine' in those areas where health-conscious young people have demand.
Or he himself can run the business by buying a big machine .
Lastly,some ambitious young can take the adventure of opening a factory of this machine linked up with the production of bread also.
Before starting any business ,survey of the demand and psychology of the area is necessary.
Business of bread needs neither big capital nor any special academic skill. One should start with small scale; once quality commitment and trust are gained the business will expand just as a stone thrown in a pond creates ripples to spread until it touches the end.
It is surprising that Mexico is the biggest supplier of breads in US. Why? One reason might be cheaper price (which means low quality)Mexico has not much reputation about law and order .The other reason there is shortage of supply to meet up the demand of the country.
Why this country is dependent upon a crime-prone zone for its main food?Follow the mantra of democracy in case of bread also "of the people ,by the people and for the people"and take the leash in your own hand.
Bread is such a stable food that it can run smoothly with other existing competitors,if quality and reasonable price are maintained.
Like Mexico, Canada also produces huge grains for bread making.
