Bliss of Solitude. by sipra Roy
Lines= 28 // W= 128
O solitude !
Let me be your shadow
Or shelter me in you ;So that
I can cherish my own silence:
By gazing on my own piece of sky
Captive like a picture-in-frame ,
Through my own window glass.
Let me pause or ponder on
My own undefined melancholy,
Which may be blank-mind ‘s luxury :
To wallow in idle imagination without boundary!
In my own fleeting moods as I nurture
Those budding dreams
Concealed carefully from others
That I love to treasure as precious
To smell and harp on, like Narcissus!
If sudden storm of noises
Out of deep mental calmness
Shatter me from my own land of creation,
O Solitude! Please be my lighthouse,
To anchor me in your safe island.
