                  It is easy to say or  sing,

                 'Let it be ,  let it be,'

                 But hard to accept or abide by,

                 While mind is crazy,

                 To own the desired part of the universe;

                  When heart howls:

                 'Let me possess what I wish'

                  How can I sing along, 'let it be'?

                  When mind desires more and more

 

                  Keeping throat thirsty as before,

                  How to say 'let it be ,let it be '

                 I think, when life was in topsy-turvy

                 Only then it was composed by John Lenon 

                 To mitigate  self -consolation .

Sometimes Ad-world behaves so funnily They are crazy to exhibit their excellence, their novelty in creativity! The above image of the woman is an advertisement for the shoe and not of any gym.

Purpose of the shoe is to protect feet while walking on-road and also sometimes for the elegancy,  whereas crown on the head is a ''symbol of pride and majesty''.
                                                                        Though shoes of some branded company are as expensive as the crown, but shoes are shoes, simply footwear.  In the nineties, the "Reebok "was considered something as the owner's pride and neighbour's envy" in India.  My son and my husband both had that  But I was not aware of how prestigious they were. 
About 30/35 years back I read an article of some Harvard-researcher that in coming future the pattern of our social system will be like"" inverted pyramid" that is upside down as contrary to the then present time hierarchical society. With the stepping of new millennium everything, in every system is changing at a faster pace.I notice this advertisement of the shoe just opposite to the silvery globe of Columbus  Circle.  To me, it seems ridiculous. I hid my face to release a cryptic chuckle.
I remembered the"article I read long ago"  ïnverted pyramid ".
Is this Ad a  literally ' vivid sample'  or debut of 'metaphorical symbol'?Head is rested on the footpath with legs in ornated shoes stretched up to the sky (  on the huge showcase glass of the shop.)!

My mind, by the time, shifted elsewhere!

Some morning I woke up joyfully, with a light heart. I plan to do this and that. It seems something will happen, But very often the day ends in the halfway with dampened mood. I ask myself what was my expectation? What did I fail to achieve? Apparently, the value of success or failure of my own has declined. But actually, it is not true. I feel it when I am affected by small success or failure.
                                              Life! know not what thou art!

At last, disapproving global warming,

Autumn has knocked on the door,

Though little late, but no way to escape

From the grip of Nature's routine.

The wind whispers the message

With chilli touch to the  palpitating  plants

That it is time for losing all her offsprings;

The leaves: who are  turning yellowish

And  are trembling in fear to bid 'goodbye'

 To family  friends and siblings;

The mother plant console them not to become upset

She will bring   them back  to her lap  soon

With new life and added vigour of the spring

Welcomed by twittering birds and fragrant flowers!

Sipra's Diary :Enigma of the Financial world.

       The financial world is a giant gambling place almost like a casino in Las Vegas. But far more complicated to apprehend, far more fatal. Because it is planned and operated not by any lifeless mechanical machine but by the Frankenstein's brain -in -human and affected the lives of all people in the country; no matter whether people are willing to join or not,, they become 'part 'of the gambling game and not as mere 'viewers' but receivers or victims. With the advent of globalization, the after-effect is not limited to one country but affects globally. As it has been a cliche that if the butterfly flutters its wings in one corner of the sky, it may cause a tornado to other parts of the world.
In Casino game, there is an option for the people to choose whether they wish to take risk of playing or sit to enjoy as viewers ..

Financial World strides with pride differently; it is not based on any strict Principles of ethics or scientific method. Perhaps no scientific formula works! The target of the Financial world is only to create wealth. It is not based on the formula of 2 +2 =4. When  2+ ever-oscillating behavioural psychology of customers are added to the power of 2, then the outcome might be 40  or only 0 instead of a' definite 'result of 4. There is no way than to watch patiently for the future.  

That is why this zone is very volatile, and uncertain.' Boom and Bust' is their banner; Resembles true character and fate of bubble! This is the tragic paradox where we have to live and survive. 

In 1950s Carlos Ponzi, an Italian swindler became a billionaire  by following a theory like "Rob Peter, pay Paul ".It became popular as' Ponzi-scheme', not only in the western world but in other parts also proliferated. Multiple bonds of similar type were sold. 

In India, there were Peerless company, "Sonchoyita", "Sarada'. 'Techno-India'"  Money-Matter, Rose valley and many others, It benefitted the middle-class and low middle class as well as the founders who became a millionaire  in a short period.  But "Sonchoyita' "Sarada "no more exist. They melt down suddenly with scandal. Some of the founder father ended life with suicide. Those who were efficient they escaped by changing their skin or colour by swiping money to another field Best way for these swindlers to escape is to align with some non-profit organization, a hospital for destitute, Old Home etc. Peerless is still reigning with prestige by investing in hotel hospital real estate and another philanthropic field.

It  is really confusing to me to understand  the relationship between 'corruption' and the booming economy of a country.................

"India is rising,"China is rising"!All the so-called rising countries are known as "BRIC" notoriously dishonest and full of criminal activities.
In my limited experience, I noticed that since 2005 the people we knew as 'poor' suddenly climbed a higher economic ladder. Many house-maids in our neighbourhood borrowed money from householder they worked,  for making houses on the land got from the government in the outskirt of the megacity.........

Is the mathematical formula of uprising economy is based on 
corruption?

It is good to know from Mission.com  that even big companies like Google, Apple and others are looking for new trend other than the traditional ways of grade and branded University for recruitment in their companies. Welcome to their new venture .Many times ordinary people do extraordinary job in solving problem if they are given chance.Of course, IQ covers one's 'presence of mind', but 'presence of mind' is something more: it is 'apprehension' coupled with the powerful ability of solution which needs individual's passion, and IMAGINATION.But mostly the talents of these people remain  under the shadow of big bosses or lost as unrecognized.
The grade and branded university should never be undervalued to keep up the standard ; but  if others with  creative minds are selected to be interviewed  parallel with them,then brilliance of the brilliants will shine more .Like the story of racing competition between rabbit and tortoise, brilliant will not be too confident  about themselves to win and rest under a tree like the over -confident  rabbit. Instead they will always be on alacrity to save their ego of superiority, which is beneficial to the companies they give service.
Another scientific fact about IQ is that its span is from 9months to 9 years of age.  There is an adage that if you don't learn at 9 years then you won't in even at 90. (In Bengali,"Jaha noi noye,taha noi nobboye").
So IQ doesn't develop after the 9 years of age  but  other mental faculties like thinking ,feeling, and willing go on change  forever: they may  either develop or deteriorate.  So people of average IQ but mentally enriched have  high potentiality to exhibit  miraculous excellence in their designated sphere.

                '  O SOLITUDE":SIPRA ROY
I found my Pegasus, anchored in solitude,
                My oasis of solace;
Whenever I wish I can seep under your shadow,
          Even amidst the bizarre crowd.

         O solitude, I owe so much to you!

My own piece of sky through the window-glass
My own piece of hidden pain or secret desire
             That I don't want to share!
Let me sit a while,- me with myself alone,
                  Just face to face
            And cherish my narcissism!

 If ever the noisy universe  as an invader
 Shatters my dream-island of silence,
 And I am at a loss with broken antenna
 O solitude,
 Please be my lighthouse!

His father made for him wings  and attached on his back with wax.
