But the Financial world fueled by information technology has influenced not merely the business sector but also penetrate each phase of life: social, cultural, educational and even the altar of religion is not escaped! The IT has given so much power to the business sector that they are randomly marketing the consumer goods marked with religious terms such as 'Vayu',' pitta;, coffa'Dhnwantari etc.
Religion, the most sensitive nerve of human emotion, deserves more honour to be kept reserved. All the sacred religious terms should be declared as illegal other than religious discourse by the related country or UNO. Many Ayurvedic medical terms from 'Atharva' Veda of Ancient India are used commercially as a commodity in the US, UK and other countries.

"Vedant"/Vedic city are favorite choice of wealthy Real-estate  entrepreneur. Those terms are from the sacred Hindu Scripture Let the sacred terms be protected severely  by declaring as "patent",-- before the sanitary napkin/tissue paper company misuse them to promote as commercial commodity!

All religious terms bear a deeper meaning.
These issues crowd the traffic of my journey to the goal.

A journey from alienation to integration part ----1

I opened the blog  with an aim, long-wished  in my mind,  to write about  the evolution of  religion through stories, legends lores and  myths of the  worldwide different- cultures and find out symbiosis of religion by finding out the connecting link between land, language  and the most amazing myth----"Race"....the thorn of human species!
                   It is a Herculean job.
.I have a collection of scattered raw materials; now  I need to arrange them corresponding the facts of history. My ardent wish is to narrate the historical record of the two-hundred years-long crusade and pave a  golden path of a journey that will lead the scattered and confused humanity to revive from alienation to integration through the symbiosis of religions.

Industry of Tourism: Global business.

Globalization has opened a new horizon to tourism. It has now turned to be a most profitable industry.It is no more confined as dream of amateur travelers or pilgrims.Number of tourists are increasing both within the country  and  also outside
 as international tourists.
There are chain of businesses linked up with it  like booking tickets of flight ,train,car or bus, arranging safe and secured hotels or stay-in- houses ,sight- seeing ,shopping etc.
 In case of official business tour, related company carries this responsibility.They are often expensive but nobody cares as company bears the cost.
But there is not such arrangements sufficient for general tourists. who wish to  spend within limited budget.Some  tourists like package-tour- in- groups that is cheaper and has been popular;but some choosy guys don;t like to take hurricane-tour with groups.Though every country has Tourist Deptmt  of govmt  but they are not sufficient to arrange when there is  the rush.So there is scope for private enterprise.
    To start within the country is wise for the beginner entraprenuer to have practical experiences as case-studies.There is nexus between air-flights and hotels for staying .
But stay-in-homes have been popular  now a days. AIRBNB is a good company to arrange home-stay which   are comfortable and less expensive ;this  is beneficial for both the tourists and  the landlord of the house for commercial utility  .There are other similar companies.

Instead of taking the entire chain-system of tourism-business, one can  pick up a single one  e.g. car business like "UBER"," OLA,"etc.All tourists need car or bus for sight-seeing.

Since international tourists are growing in number, business of foreign-exchange currency is also prospective.India Thailand, Singapur, Hongkong,France Italy,Greece,Egypt,UK, USA, are often flooded with tourists not only in peak season but almost throughout  the year. Travelers need  to cash in traveler's cheque  in the foreign land from reliable source at reasonable rate.America has world wide reputation of law and order So  any American company dealing foreign-exchange-currency will be reliable   source for the tourists  in any foreign land.

To beat the competitors and go ahead of them some lucrative offer like free airport pick-up; to take museum/sight-seeing/shopping /spa/ massage-clinic/  can be offered at discount rate.

Among the three businesses mentioned above,Foreign-exchange currency, stay-in-home and running cab  company,the last one is most difficult but profitable also. For running it successfully special tips and management training are necessary.

                                           New  Business

This is the age of innovation of ideas and any idea - can be used as a  product to the market:it is the high time to turn trash into cash with the ''touchstone'. of innovative ideas !
Event-management' has  recently become a flourishing business . Like 'Tourism', it also sparks bundle of associated businesses like fire- crackers. This business does not require hi-fi qualified candidate; Street-smart sharp intelligent  and sociable persons are fit for the job.

 Before millennium, Event-Management was mostly limited within corporate offices  and companies for receiving guests arranging their accomodation conferance,meeting parties food and entertainments etc.
But  now it has expanded to the ground level as the  common  mass also call them for arranging wedding party, marriage anniversary,  birthday party,  death-ceremony party and even "last-wish-party"for patients who are counting days .

In Annual school sports  and games  or political meetings also they are invited to take the charge of arrangement.

Among these kids' birthday party is most lucrative to  run on the business almost 365 days.
Food, light, decoration and entertainments--- are associated with this business.  In kids'party there is  scope for plenty of innovative ideas  in making the fun-party really interesting, e.g  creating different type of tents  with the name of country like pyramid of Egypt, pagoda of japan Igloo of Eskimo where they can play hide and seek; 

                                     or,

Village huts of different countries.; or Creating artificial garden of  different useful trees, bush, creepers  with names and their difference,which will provide knowledge  as well as interest, with the fun.

There are far more educative ideas can be added .The more honey the more sweet! The parents are liberal about spending  for their kids. So why not  an attempt to create a mini Disney land?

 There are scools  in every town.   So  any enthusiastic guy with a small group can start the business with kids'party. It is a local business. So you need not to loose  People, Place  and Position-( 3-- 'P's ) which is great!

'Life-Couch' can  also be taken as new entrepreneur . But it is not easy! It requires much versatile  and visionary wisdom  to guide and motivate some adult person ;  but  ambitious  parents with dilemma of indecision can consult a ' life-couch' for their children.  I know some brilliant and  Columbia -qualified  person optioned this profession as it is self-employed  and free from any bossism. There is chance of earning  more than six figure per month who are sincere & efficient .

Two-in-one: Bread as consumer and business

                                                                       

Bread is a very common major food as breakfast,lunch, and dinner in everything   in all European  countries.But now the young generation are guided by the Health.Hygiene Food -magazines   which are pioneered by the business man to promote their own products.Traditional  white breads   are now cornered as variety of new  types of breads-----brown bread, oatmeal bread,,7-grains bread, gluten-free bread and lots of other variety of breads are introduced in the market.  No doubt it is good sign . Though we, the elders are puzzled to select the right one .They are produced by different companies. Some home- run  companies are good . But the problem is they are not available  everywhere ;specially in small town.
My daughter purchased a bread-maker machine with the recipe book which is very  convenient to use in all respects.We can move it any place where ever electric plug is available.Even a 8/9 years kid can  handle it.Following the recipe book, put on the grains of your choice in the container and switch on; time temperature  every things are set as automatic  My daughter sets it before going to bed  and a fresh warm bread is ready  in the morning for breakfast! Wow! Its aroma is really makes us hungry for taking early breakfast. Any type of dough as pasta, pizza  and lots of other variety of bakery can be prepared out of it.

One can take the agency of marketing the bread-maker 'machine' in  those areas where health-conscious young people  have demand.

 Or  he himself can run the business by buying a big machine .

Lastly,some ambitious  young can take the adventure of opening a factory of  this machine linked up with  the production of bread also.
Before starting any business ,survey  of the demand and  psychology of  the area  is necessary.
Business of bread needs neither big  capital nor any special academic skill. One  should start  with small scale;  once  quality commitment and trust  are gained  the  business will expand  just as   a  stone thrown in a pond creates ripples to  spread  until it touches the end.
It is surprising that  Mexico is the biggest supplier of breads in US. Why? One reason might be cheaper price (which means low quality)Mexico has not much reputation about law and order .The other reason  there is shortage of supply to meet up the demand of the country.
Why this country is dependent upon a crime-prone zone for its main food?Follow the mantra of democracy in case of bread also "of the people ,by the people and for the people"and take the leash in your own hand.
Bread is such a stable food that it can run smoothly with  other existing competitors,if quality and  reasonable price are maintained.
Like Mexico, Canada also produces huge grains for bread making.
     My bread-machine is from' Breville' co, bought from William sonoma.

What is American dream?

It is surprising     that in one hand the news flashes the problem of unemployment and at the same time declares   that there are  many empty chairs  awaiting in the job sphere of  America.
 Why?
May be new generation of America dreams or prefers self-employment rather than working  under any boss where they have less flexibility and freedom.
  Besides  gym,spa,therapy cosmetic jwellery   or costumes shop,dance music and video studio, which are actualy  unstable castles of cards on the sand,they can think of other simple but  stable business with small capital and less skill or academic qualification. I would love to convey some of my ideas of businesses though   I am far from this world and  have little understading about its key.

Egg first or chicken first?

What makes the world go round?Unanimously the answer will be ---it is money,money  the sweet honey!
If money is not flowing ,if business do not  keep going,   there will no innovation ,no growth no investment ,no product ,no jobs . Is'nt a puzzle ?Money was created by people ,"By the people ,of the people and for the people". And now the  power  is reverse.
       It is another piece of example of irony --- played by the TIME.Who drives  the world , money or people?
 Like great puzzle/ enigma. : egg first or chicken first?

Agents of change......................Time as Diety

Once ,more than 200years back ,the present Wall  street  started to gain its feathers in its wings and praise  as the brick wall from the  betting of  the rogue traders and became  gradually the famous financial- controlling   global  super-power .
 But now , not the voice ,but the rumors of the Wall street is more powerful  A  whisper can turn into tornado  that moves market,driving stock prices up or sending it tumbling due to the monster  power of information technology. Can Information technology be a fearful dragon  with firy tongue to the Financial empire one day?

CITY VS CITY

Thank god that last two days ( the Haloween and the Marathon,) were sunny and beautiful.Children with weird dress and musk 'were seen  for 'trick or treat.' The streets, parks, restaurant were all crowded with joyous people. 

On the day of Marathon, I with my daughter  were walking in the afternoon  for  grocery towards  the Whole Food, near the  Columbus circle .  through the  hilarious crowd  while I heard a very sharp and shrilling loud voice shouting repeatedly  overflowing   the noises and voices of the joyous crowd  '
                        "Can anybody take my life?"
I asked my daughter who is screaming such loudly? My daughter replied " it is not loudspeaker, but the lady passing by you; I looked by my side a passing old woman whose body was so bent that  her head was . hanging  almost near her knee in such a way that she looked like quadruped . It is unimaginable that such a loud voice can come out of that frail and feeble body. 

It is an irony of human fate that the same body which burst into energy at one point of time, may crack in pain at another phase of time;  Marathon presents the the  vigor of youth.

  In our vibrant youth, we are not aware of the cruel truth that  twin  cities dwell inside this single domain of body.

 It is pain! The painful shout of an ailing soul in the background of the joyous crowd at the end of Marathon Race dampened my mood.
Life is really so full of contrast!  I felt sad for the senility of old age.  Who knows how many more painful souls are there hiding silently whose voice is never be heard.

 To shake off my shrouded mind I let my feeling flow in ink on paper  and it works!
 It is a  message from my own experience that writing is a great healing process when you can't reach to serve people directly.

courage of the sea---------sea gypsies

            Courage Of The Sea -----Sea Gypsies

Have you ever heard of sea-gypsies?

    Yesterday I was thrilled  to watching the  skill of a tribe  known as sea-gypsies.in T.V.channel.
They live in the Surin Island of Thailand in huts , roofed with leaves and branches,  erected on four poles ,high from the ground.They live very close to the sea-shore.They lived on fishing It is amazing to watch  how  both flocks of fish and human kids(aged between 7/8 to 12/15) moving under deep water in the same way.They are completely nude.Each of them ,with long spear in their hand dive deep into the sea chasing the fish reaches even  the sea -bed in a twinkle of  an eye and comes up the shore with successful hunt.They look like fish with divided tails. which are tactually their legs. No other device but  a long spear made of wood ,perhaps made by themselves.

     They were almost unknown until the Tsunami of 2004 which extinct their population  remaining  230  only.  After  the tsunami,the tribe is getting food ,clothes ,education under the  Thai government care.
"Sea-gypsies" culture language and SKILL are changing through modernisation  -&-education.

       The old generation are sad that their specie will be lost.Their land is now reserved for commercial use of fish-industry.

      I think,the extraordinary skill and experience of this tribe was a great live-resource  of profound knowledge  for the university of Oceanology  These sea-gypsies were no less than any doctorate, though illiterate.
Instead of  grinding them  into"factory-product" of typical School Education,   their  incredible   talent should be  honored and valued in better way. 

Same fate was to Phi-Phi island in Thiland  near the the Andaman sea.

Modeling from diaper to diamond part------ 2

Beauty is a greater force in human affairs than stream or electricity------wrote advertising guru Catkins in  Atlantic Magazine ,--"In beauty,"sky is the limit".
. Significantly model woman alters our judgement  of people .How better to advertise  a new car or sofa or perfume than with the help of a pretty model? Beauty is now  used as a commodity  like any other. Say for example, the famous dress-designer "Victoria Secret"...in fact,   kept nothing  'secret ' of feminine mystic! And that is the SECRET   key of their success!
                        Business success!
In the second half of 20th century  the feminists thinkers  condemned model agencies for damaging female physical mysticism  But  what to do :once the gene comes out of bottle ,  it spreads & enlarges................
Americans love 'modernism'. Advertising  is  driving  them  to  quench their thirst as  the old Pied Piper did !.Immense success of recent trade shows at MACY's where New-yorkers  line up for hours  not only before festival but almost throughout the year :Display of latest style to every corner of home parlor- kitchen to bathroom ,furniture ,saloon, car model  for chevrolet ,crockeries, garments, jewelry and what not! their on-line business is soaring up  and up to touch sky. 
                      Walmart  & K-Mart  , are popular  to other cities and towns  but not to the snobs of New york.When I came first in US I purchased lots of items for gifts and for myself from W-Mart as  seemed to me much cheeper  relatively and good in quality.  Walmart was my first love for shopping.
I always advice my Indian tourists friends to shop in Walmart.They appreciate me.
            With high expectation that metropolitan city must have more gorgeous Walmart,  I went to shop there, after much arguments with my unwilling daughter to go there ;it  really shattered my notion.  It is smaller relatively  and looked  uncared like orphan boy ;not crowded with customers like Macy or other w-marts I experienced  in Austin.
 But why?
Is it that it is not situated in proper commercial hub?
    To give honor, instead of empty hand, I purchased some glasses only from my first 'love-shop!'

Is God Counting Days ?

                                 From last ten years I have been hearing vitro fertilization . I guessed it might be some treatment for the barren woman to be able to conceive baby:  a research ,based on social-welfare norm.
But  recently I came to know that    human intelligence  is now challenging  the biological clock  by freezing the egg of young women so  that they can become mother even   at late age when  their fertility  reduces.

Robust fertility  industry is growing fast. Egg-banxx,a newyork based fertility start-up that acts as a broker of egg-freezing services;------panel of doctors discussing special discount and financial options for  patients. ..Is there  else any  domain  still left to invade?

      ....  Space Time Creation   all are loosing virginity...........Is there else any domain still left to invade?

                  Very soon the golden  fortune for medical advertising companies  will come to beat the drum in T.V.magazines ,journals  &newspapers .

Time ,my diety and challenge of technology

The explosion of information technology has reduced the the distance between space and time .Human intelligence has now stepped to challenge  and capture  Time (my Deity)  which I think  crossing beyond the limit. Perhaps , this is why The Bible did not allow Adam to touch the Tree of Wisdom  to save us  from nearing the dooms Day.

Back to last ten years I first heard of vitro fertilization.I guessed that it might be a treatment for the barren women to conceive baby..... a research based on social welfare norm.

Recently I read an article and came to know that it is a process of egg-freezing.Women will freeze their  egg : a fragile bud of human potential, to save their youth and fertility for future so that women can become mother at later age at their own will.
      Later motherhood is going to become 'norm 'of coming new age'.  A landmark for a giant leap of feminist's movement!
   Isn't this egg-freezing promises to challenge the problem of biological clock............the last weapon against nature to end up sexual revolution since the invention of birth-control pill  ? Did  the feminists like Betty Fredan or Gloria Steinam imagined such type of freedom women  would won within   the span of 50 years?
   Freezing,women are told, is a fountain of youth which means capturing & captivating time. Perhaps,  we are nearing the Dooms-Day .
                In Old Testament  It is often mentioned  about  woman to ask "let us take seed from...........
Abraham"s first wife Sarai was barren and gave  her slave-maid Hagger  to Abraham to bear child for him . But at the age of 90. she became  pregnant . Was it  in those ancient age  also bio-science was so advanced to preserve and apply"seed" which is now known as" frozen egg"?
     Within one or two decades ,perhaps in most advanced countries, women at late age might be starting to give birth to their children.

 What these  newborn  sets of poor babies will call their biological mother ? Mom or directly  promoted to grand ma?   who will bring up them?These grandma cum mom may be too feeble  to  take proper care.
                 Probably  energetic  young women  will be recruited as foster or proxy- mother! Provision of new jobs  for women; Not bad.!!

It is said that whole life is there to learn .True! But after 65+ grey-matter dries out so pathetically that it is not easy to learn internet or to work  online. Young  generation has not so much time or patience to teach the old wastes time with trial and error.
I thought writing & receiving E-Mail is enoughBut now I see  it has endless potentialities and possibilities .

from diaper to diamond....modeling as flourishing business.

 Now-a-days 'advertising' and 'modeling'  go hand in hand as twin. Ad-companies  present all products from diaper to diamond with  attractive model which spurred simultaneously music, video-script, cartoon, animation film,T.V. shows along with the traditional social media of paper and magazine with attractive colored  picture.

All these businesses  have crowded between products and customers.  Do they   help  to bridge or create wall of confusion between products  and customers?   After looking around here and there ,ultimately the customers stick to that product  which suits to be  best and gains trust.Thus customer's faith grows on that advertisement which promote the product they select to use.When too  many customers are influenced  by same Ad.Company, then the company achieves "Brand".Thus Procter and Gamble, Uni-lever,Johnson and Johnson have been  known as well reputed Ad.co-s for fast moving consumer goods.
  The basis  of getting the "brand" is the  quality of the product in one hand and trust upon the  AdCo on the other hand.

From 1962 I started to use Nivea cream and still now it continues .Its get-up is same as before. All products of this company  reign in the market competing with hundred of  other new products.  For  other cosmetics (from my childhood) I saw Lux and sandal soap in summer, and  Pears glycerine soap in the winter, cuticura and ponds talc powder, ponds cream  .

But I dont see some other qualitative products like Oatin cream , pears powder Halo shampoo, Evening Paris perfume.etc,.Perhaps they are lost in the dazzling light of this new age of propaganda. In the same way ,for any electronic goods like radio,T.V. music system etc.I rely on Philip, Sony. For mobile phone :  I prefer Tata , Nokia and recently samsung also.But not smart phone!

  By Contrast now customers of  the new generation frequently go on changing their options from one  product to another product.What is the root cause of such behavioral psychology of the consumers?

Is it  that they are not satisfied with the quality of product?
     Here  is the chance of Ad-co. to play an important  dynamic  economic role  as  well as socially and morally responsible entity.

Is it social scar or boon in the economy of a country?part {1)

Since the new millennium  stepped in , Spa,gym, therapy,cosmetic surgery ,beauty parlor have begun mushrooming  not only in cities but also in suburbs and small town: growth of these  new small  businesses is rampant.  They are not founded on  any solid    base. Consumers' choice and strength of advertisement  decide the fate of their trump card.
   Why it was not so important previously as now it is   in  the lives of people? What provokes this  new awareness   to the young folk to be extravagant to spend money for expensive cosmetics and designed dress,,shoes, bags, and other accessaries of branded company?Is it  the desire to  retain youth, to cover up age?

It is an old adage that wealth youth and ,even fame is  merely ephemeral not to be retained eternally . The false notion to hold the beauty and youth with dress or cosmetics are polluting the mass psychology of the present and future young.
    All these scattered  business mostly triggered by AD companies,, taken together,have some effect in  the economy of the country.They syphoned a lot of money from the consumers and making profit which should leave a portion to the  benefit of country's economy . Does it happen?
The behavioral  psychology of the consumers  is very much volatile.  who will predict when they will change their mind?

Anyway all these  Businesses seem to me as   colored  bubbles or building castles in the air  which will burst  and collapse  any moment  affecting the economy  badly.   Is Wall ST or economists   aware of the future of these  bubling  bits.............

  Ad -company has great moral role  behind  the background of    newly -created business through advertising the genuine quality  of the product  and making consumers aware  of it.

Slow. to grasp the the modern marvel of technology

I am becoming impatient and frustrated when I can't manage what I want to do by myself.I wrote article in the newly-learnt "Word" document which i want to send in my mailbox through  attach file ,so that i can view it from any place and any computer  But i failed.  I dont know how long i have to be detained in this"kindergarten"-of internet section.  How can I publish my writing  Waiting for some Good  Samaritan  to help me,Is  there?
Can the "Word" document be shifted to Google blog?
I have to search whether if I can get some free courses in the internet to coach the backdated seniors to publish their work.Because our writing flashes  historical  fragments of social life  .....prints of day-to day events ,  both great and small.

Recent experience of onine business which was not pleasant to digest

I have an E-mail address but I seldom check it. One day  I was thrilled to see  a mail from AWAI. I opened the mail eagerly and quite excited to see a beckoning call for the bare-footed writers.
 I love to write from my young age. Last few years I was getting frustrated to think that how to get in touch with some publisher ! My  knowledge in computer is poor.
 In spite of my computer-phobia, I started to check my inbox for mails of AWAI The first e-mail  ofAWAI "searching  a new BRAND for the Funnel design "magnetized me,hooked me..as I have innate love for  working on innovative ideas.Though I have hardly any clear idea of the Funnel design,yet like faded echo -in -air,novel ideas began to flock in me.Everyday few letters started to come .All those letters were lengthy enough to make me tired exhausted and last of all confused  when I got  a mail asking for copywriter for christianity.Though I am not a christian ,yet I signed up .Starting with Religion!  Might be byLord , s
blessing, it would be a stepping stone  to elevate a new horizon for me !  Just  last year I took a Bible course in the   Fordham University.
 I put some relevant questions regarding the market and a guidance of my starting  project Instead of replying,sent a  mail of money deal on discount rate..........
The reality dawned in  me...nothing is actually for the  penniless bare-footed writers,, everything is on  commercial basis.
 This is my story of exploring the curtain of new pseudo- copy writing world. of AWAI  My primary wish was to 'learn" rather than to earn ,

I liked Rebecca Matter,s    inspiring mails. I wished to give her voluntary service  sometime if I  can become  eligable ever It is she who made me to sit  and open the mail-box Bob Bly also  gave  useful guiding which I will remember.

2nd post

Change is the only truth in life. If it is accepted coolly, life runs smoothly. But very often we are at a loss when undesirable or unexpected events happened in our life. 
We embrace those changes  only which makes us happy.We  are  unhappy  about  the change  because we  have no control  over it.It  is  Time-----  the irresistible great  force  of Time which causes change!
And Time is my only Diety!!
So in the next post I wish to write about the Time with a title "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow".
